OMG.....right out of the box! Just got this today, it was fully charged. I got the app and got connected to my wifi. So I wanted to do a rather large chicken breast. Used the app and under chicken breast I picked the Chiefs Choice. I'm using a air fryer and was so nice to not have to stop, check temp several times. I just put it in AF and when the app told me to remove from heat I did.....and let it rest until it told me it was ready. I'm here to say, the meat was tender and juicy dare I say perfect! My wife was so pleased she said let's have that again tomorrow night.I'll admit I was a little nervous but I just trusted the device and rolled the dice and was rewarded with the best chicken breast I've ever cooked or eaten.....So if you're on the fence about this little jewel.....jump off and grab this up!One thing I did notice was the ambient temp in my air fryer was almost 20 degrees higher than when I set the air fryer too.....Only time will tell how this device holds up, but I feel if it only lasts a single year I'd feel like I got my money's worth. Think of the meals and the relaxed feeling of cooking those meals knowing your proteins are cooked to perfection. It's a little bit like having a little chef on your shoulder and you getting all the credit!

I can't believe I've been grilling for years without this thermometer, it has made grilling so much more enjoyable. Just put the thermometer into the meat or chicken, and go sit down and have a drink or watch t.v. and relax. Occasionally, look at the temperature, when ready flip the meat and go back and relax and when its ready go get it. No more time wasted on guessing, or touching the meat to try and determine if its ready or not, now you know for sure by looking at the internal temperature in real time. Worth every cent.

Awesome product. Works great! I have no idea why I waited so long to get one of these. Been grilling and air frying with ease. The smart feature works really well when to pull meats from the heat for that perfect medium rare cook. Very easy to use. Installed the app but have not used it much since the device works great. And is magnetic so it sticks nice near the grill.

Only used this once so far but can see it being a game changer. It’s arrived on Father’s Day and I was already smoking a chicken. I gave the probe a quick wash, inserted it and set the target. Worked like a dream, didn’t have to keep getting up to see where we were at.Love the rechargeable capability of the probe and receiver in one unit. Haven’t downloaded the app, don’t think I need to it works great right out of the box.

I bought this as a Father’s Day gift. Let me tell you my dad loves this, and he is very opinionated! I was surprised to hear he loves this so much. Just a heads up if you are gifting, to register in the app they need the order date and order number. Highly recommend!

I have waited to write a review until I have used this countless times. It’s perfect. Worth three times what I paid for it. Maybe more. Today selling for even less on Amazon.
