I swear by this product. I am one who gets irritable around my period and kind of numb/blah/depressed. This product seems to really help with irritability and help balance out those emotions on and around my cycle. I’m pregnant now so I am not currently taking it but I’ve tried several vitamins for this purpose and I always come back to this one.

This is great to help my mood for possible peri-menopause. I take it throughout the month and I feel when I need to take it. I wished the bottle was smaller for the size of capsules but great product all the same. Very effective and no taste. Easy to swallow

I don’t like how dispensary for the pill top was changed should’ve kept back to you had. And you should kept the way you had the vitamin choices. I bought the wrong kind of vitamins because of it
