In love! I’ve already made some delicious dressings with them that I look forward to everyday. Love that I’m also getting to experience and participate in a part of human history when I am partaking in this agricultural and culinary tradition from ancient groves. It’s kind of spiritual when you think about it. I hope they are preserved for future generations. Praying everyday for the hands cultivating the land. May god protect and watch over all of you. Fruity and not bitter
Great price for an excellent olive oil. It’s very fruity and savory, not acrid/bitter and rancid tasting like most olive oil brands I've tried, even popular ones like Colavita or California Olive Ranch. I’ll be buying this going forward, both because it’s the best olive oil I’ve tried, and to support small Palestinian businesses

Delicious Palestinian olive oil that comes from the West Bank.Taste, smell just right . At first seems bit pricey but when you look at where it comes from, the ancient trees, the history, the tough life and especially the taste it’s a bargain!
