Update: Although it works with the iPad, it doesn’t allow it to charge properly. I’d always leave the iPad charging with the adapter on. My iPad lost charge and it wouldn’t turn on. I disconnected it and reconnected it trying to get the charge going to no avail. Finally I removed the adapter and left it charging until it was back to normal. I worried that the iPad had finally kicked the bucket.It works flawlessly (so far) with the iPad mini 2nd Gen. It’s horribly inconsistent with the iPhone 14 Pro. With the iPhone, I have to connect and disconnect several times in different ways. When I connect it with the lightning connector and the stereo plug, neither work (no power no aux sound). Then I connect it without the stereo plug and just the power; the phone recognizes the power but it doesn’t pass through the aux sound to the stereo plug when connected after the power. I definitely won’t be using it because the effort is frustrating.

This is the 2nd set I bought to be able to use my corded earbuds while also charging the phone. This adapter is only for listening to audio of music or video; it will not let you hear or be heard on a phone call.

The side that the charger plugs into doesn’t stay in. It doesn’t click into place or anything. Sometimes it just falls out.

I like that this product comes in a package of 2 with different colors. I owned a Belkin brand years ago and even to this day, it is absurd how pricey it is. At least with these, you're getting a better price and better quality (IMO) I have one for my car and the other when I'm home so I don't have to worry about trying to remember to grab just one everywhere I go. It's nice to have an additional to keep in one place while you use the other for travel purposes.I should also mention that it's nice that the cord is a rope-like material and not just the wire exposed so it bends easier and should last longer.

when i plug in the iphone cord to charge it, it doesn't stay plugged in. if you move it, it comes out. Fail. They do look very nice, and the headphone jack works. Just a shame about the charging cable port. Seller was very receptive to trying to resolve to my satisfaction
