This product does not upset my stomach. I use it to support my liver while on the carnivore diet. I hope it is helping. It is not causing me stomach upset, so that is a plus.

I started taking 1MD Nutrition LiverMD after receiving slightly elevated liver test results. As a moderate weekend drinker, I knew I needed to make some changes. Since starting the supplement about six weeks ago, I’ve significantly cut back on alcohol and have taken the pills consistently every day.So far, I’ve experienced no side effects at all. The pills are a bit larger than something like Tylenol or Excedrin, but still manageable. I’d recommend drinking plenty of water and, most importantly, consulting with your doctor before starting any new supplement — especially if you’re managing liver health.I’ll be retesting my liver enzymes in two weeks and plan to update this review with the results. Fingers crossed, but based on how I feel, I’m hopeful. If you’re looking for liver support, this seems like a solid option so far.

The product has been okay I didn’t realise they had multiple billing cycles. Are they catch you into an every three months? You get a refill after my second refill?
