Yummy probiotic
Yummy and easy to take probiotic for adults or kids. My kid likes it. We use it when we have tummy aches or GI upset. Seems to help. Did I mention it's tasty? I wouldn't recommend keeping in the reach of kids or they might go for it like candy.

Hope the bacteria are alive and actually work.
I hope these actually have all of the ingredients listed in the quantities listed. I can’t swallow pills easily and these taste ok. Not bad at all if the label is truthful. I generally buy Thorne vitamins and supplements because they are tested and can provide the proof. Amazon really doesn’t cover all the bases on supplements and vitamins so it’s always hit and miss and I hate not getting all the facts about supplements.

Convenience No for Water
I like these pills because you can easily take them because they are chewable no need for water. You can carry them in your purse on the go. The taste isn't bad. Slightly fruity not overwhelming. They work fine I usually take 2.

Chewable is a lot better than pills or liquids. One tablet and I never needed an acid reliever.
I thought gut health was a fad but this probiotic chewable made me a believer. I've used pills, acid relievers, kefir, yogurt and they all come up short compared to this.

Easy to take n controls my digestive/elimination issues! Can eat soft serve ice cream without issues if I chew these first! Wouldn’t want to be without it!
