Esta computadora es la mejor compra que he hecho desde el 1994 cuando compre mi primera Mac. La pantalla es enorme, la imagen es de pura calidad y es hermosa. El servicio que ofrecen online es super eficiente. la recomiendo y estoy muy contenta con ellos.

Arrived well packed. Easy to set up with no issues. No blemishes or scratches. Came with Apple Magic Mouse and Wireless keyboard. I added 32 GB memory and it is snappy in its response to opening applications, files and working with large images in photo editing software. Excellent purchase.

It was disappointing to have ordered a Mac only to have it come with the cheapest mouse possible that won’t connect to the computer. I had to go an buy a new mouse to be able to work the computer. Pretty disappointed. Why not just charge more and include the correct accessories?

I was very excited when I saw the condition of the unit as it was tip top! No obvious scratches or dents. Then I was disappointed because it was not powering on. I used the cord of my old computer and still nothing so the computer itself must have been the problem. Waiting for my refund so I can order a new one and then I'll update review.

This iMac is listed as "Excellent". Look at the pictures, can you imagine how hard you would need to hit this to damage the case like it is? It says it's clean, it was filthy and I had to use Windex to clean the crud off. And it says it may not have the original mouse and keyboard, I paid $700 for a piece of junk keyboard and a WIRED mouse!I wouldn't recommend purchasing and will be returning as I can't trust this device. Also, you have mandatory "stars" to click in the review that have nothing to do with the issues.

I loved my Mac until it would not work

It is great and feels like a gift since the real machine is stronger than as I expected. Sometimes I don't know why I got it may God gives. Sincerely.

I received this computer with a French-Canadian keyboard and I HATE the mouse. They sent a replacement keyboard. The plug-in in the back to connect a large wall monitor for my class is jacked up and the screen keeps flickering, flashing on & off. This was the sole reason that I bought this computer. I got it to sort of work with Apple TV but this has been a pain-in-the-butt for about five months. I should have gone with a new computer.
