I do think they actually work differently helping the digestive system and don't really feel the need for caffeine in the morning anymore il continue taking them

Tasty supplement, not a horse pill
I was told to take milk thistle to detox my liver. But I hate taking huge pills or capsules.So I jumped when I saw this was a chewy gummy. It has a pleasant flavor so I'm taking them daily as my Dr. Ordered!

Taste good, but so far I can't tell any difference
I like these gummies & the ingredients. I don't dread taking them because they are so good.Honestly though, after taking them for over a month now, I can't tell any difference.I will continue taking them & I'm about to order another months worth to see if it needs more time.If I don't see a difference at the end of that bottle, I won't buy any more.
