I have super dry cracked feet and I’ve tried a lot of tools. This one is magic.

First go with this Pumice Valley stone left a good impression, even though my feet weren't in particularly rough shape to begin with. You can definitely feel it working gently to exfoliate. The natural lava rock feels solid and the size is comfortable to hold. Seems like a simple and effective way to keep things smooth.This review represents my personal opinion and experience with this product. I love this pumice stone. I ordered it to replace a white stone I dropped and broke. It reminds me of the black volcanic pumice I saw in Iceland, though this product is packaged in China.This black stone is a little more coarse than the fine white stone I had previously. The grain is generally consistent. One end has slightly more open grain, not unexpected in a natural product. It does a great job of smoothing skin.One thing I truly like is the feel of the oval shape. This stone is about the size of a computer mouse, and the curvature fits the hand easily like a computer mouse does. It is so easy to hold either flat, or turned on edge. This stone is generously large and easy to control. There is s braided jute rope to hang it with.I wish I had discovered this pumice stone years ago. I highly recommend to friends and family.

Broke in half in the palm of my hand after a few minutes of use, but still allowed intended use to function. The rough parts of the cracked bits have a higher caliber of skin shedding, however, it works to well; I removed much more skin than I need have so I will try to use the softer side.

I bought this because of the reviews. I walk about 3 miles a day and my heels especially need attention. I like that you use this wet and I have been using it when I shower. The first time I used it I was amazed! I didn't have to scrub hard or anything, I just rubbed my heels in small circles, light pressure. I think this works better then the files you have to use dry. I liked this so much I bought one as a gift for my friend.

I do enjoy the life of the stones & they do help staying in the smoother side. This stone in particular has a few gaping holes around the top that I didn’t notice right away. The rigid parts around the mouth of the hole sliced my hand pretty deeply. *BUYERS BEWARE*
