Extremely bad customer care service
Pathetic service centre. First of all it will take you hours to find right customer care number and when you finally dial it they will deny from home service and give service centre details which is far far in dessert. How am I suppose to get benefit of warranty? Leave 5 years , it's been just few weeks and they can't provide the service . The whistle doesn't work for the cooker and now we have no other option but to pay local service centre and rectify it and not sure whether they can do it or not

The lid of that product is not ok
Handle was damaged and lid of the cocker is very poor quality.
