This care device works very well. The only issue I have is the back of the alarm call device. I posess many screwdrivers all but a Phillips which is required to open the back to pull the plastic surround away from the battery to initiate the call button device. However, I managed to use a very small jewellers screwdriver to do this. The delivery of this products was fantastic and the selection of ring call melodies are excellent! I'm also using re-charge able batteries for the actual transmitter. For the reasons of having to struggle a bit to remove the back of the call alarm that's why I'm not giving 5 stars overall. However the device works so well and so yes ai would recommend highly. The cost is very reasonable too. Also the whole set Includes 2 transmitters which is fantastic as I can use them upstairs and downstairs. It actually reaches so far 50ft! Wireless away from the ring call. I'm sure it will reach further too!

We bought this in quite a hurry after my mum had SOS open heart surgery. My dad has partial loss of hearing so he chose a sound in a register that suited him. So far, so absolutely brilliant. The flashing light means there’s no confusion about where the sound is coming from. He’s been able to go outside or upstairs without worrying. Thanks to the reviewer who mentioned the sliding stand underneath the receiver - we didn’t cotton on to that. For the money it’s been terrific and highly reassuring for both parents.

Bought it after my elderly mother had a fall in an adjoining granny flat. The best buy ever and we are all delighted with product. It also flashes blue when batteries need replacing. I have one monitor upstairs and one downstairs in my property and she has the push button alarm. Very satisfied customers and would definitely recommend this emergency alarm.

Works well. Pendant call button excellent and my elderly Mum with very limited sight has found it easy and convenient to use. Having both visual and audible alarms is a bonus.

Light kept on flashing I stopped it flashing by drilling an hole from the front inserted a screw driver in the opening I made I then turned the light off
