Good if you receive the right product
The whole beans make a great tasting coffee, but I have recently started (incorrectly) receiving pre-ground half the time which is not as good

Very nice coffee, after using my grinder on them via my cafetière.

Great tasting espresso, great value beans!
Plus point is the flavour, it’s nice a mellow. Perfect for how I like my espressos.Negative was that I do not think they were as fresh as I prefer coffee beans to be. Reason for this is despite tweaking and playing with my coffee machine grinder settings I could never get a decent creme out of these beans, and this only ever happens with “older” coffee beans that have been out of their packet for while. This was the case for these beans straight out of the packet.Nevertheless I would order them again in the hope of getting a better / fresher batch next time as the value and taste is excellent !

Just great coffee!!
Nice and simple, this is just great great coffee. great taste, crema, and oils and super cheap.Having gone through a fad of buying super expensive on subscription coffee through micro branded websites, I thought I would delve through Amazon's many offerings. Some were great.. others not so much. I stuck on Coffee Masters for a while, and they offer really great coffee too at great prices. i thought I would give this a go to mix things up a little (and its really cheap). That being said, I have gone from spending nearly £100 a month on coffee to £20 and I am totally happy with what I am getting.Highly recommend you try this one.

Smoother than it should be, quite potent.
The blends in this range are cheap because they're an arabica/robusta mix. My usual experience of robusta is that it's been dark roasted and has little taste beyond being burned. This particular blend describes itself as smooth; not an adjective I'd ever normally expect to use to describe robusta. But actually, as things go, it is less fierce than I expected. It's a medium-dark roast (more medium than dark I'd say) and this means the usual burned taste isn't there. What is there is somewhat bland and it has a heavy body but it's not as acidic as I'd expect. It does taste of coffee at least but there's nothing subtle about it. Being largely robusta also means a higher level of caffiene, made more potent by not being mostly burned away. It's been a good work time coffee, when all you want is a mindless drink with a bit of a pick me up and I'd buy again just for this reason. Not one for drinking in the evenings. No idea how fresh it is, wouldn't really have too much impact on a robusta roast if was six months old anyway.
