Definitely buy it.
This barbell pad is very well-made it's a lot better than I thought it was going to be. It really helps cushion during your workout. The pad is very soft but firm it also comes with two Velcro straps to help keep the pad from falling off the bar. It came on Royal postal to the United States in about less than a week. I was very surprised how fast it came.

I think it helps with squatting but also is a crutch. Would recommend just building muscle instead.

This functions well and is comfortable. Doesn't hug the bar completely but stays in place well.

It’s ok
I didn’t find it uncomfortable since it feels so stiff but maybe I just need to break it in. It also tends to fall off easily which gets super annoying after constantly having to put it back on. Also I never received the straps that I believe come with it.
