⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Tool for Nurses – Sleek, Smart, and Super Helpful!
As a nurse with a busy and often unpredictable schedule, this ring has been a total game changer. The Ultrahuman Ring AIR gives me real-time insights into my sleep, recovery, heart rate, and activity—all in such a sleek, comfortable design. I love that it doesn’t get in the way during long shifts or while washing my hands constantly. It tracks everything quietly and accurately without needing to be charged every day. The data helps me adjust my habits and stay mindful of recovery and rest, which is so important in healthcare. Plus, the gold finish is gorgeous and looks like a stylish piece of jewelry while being incredibly high-tech underneath. Highly recommend this for any nurse or healthcare worker looking to stay on top of their health while working long, demanding hours.

Customer service
This ring stopped working within 3 months. Charges but will not connect.I have tried contacting customer service, by phone, by email, requested a call back. No response. On the website there is an option for “immediate” help using WhatsApp. I downloaded the app and tried contacting them. They do respond, but it can take over an hour. Then they ask you to complete many troubleshooting steps and respond with screenshots of the ultrahuman app for each step. With the delayed response, this takes forever. I don’t have that kind of time.So frustrating—— See edit belowEditing my review: I am revising my initial review. I finally had the time to follow each step they gave me. Closing and opening the app, signing out and back in, doing a hard reset etc. After many steps and screenshots, they are replacing my ring. I am cautiously optimistic. While still difficult to contact costumer service, I had to wait 2 hours for a response from them at one point in the chat. If you persist, they will help you. I will revise this review again when I receive the new ringEdit: The replacement roving arrived and paired perfectly. After a few hiccups, I am happy to update my review to five stars

Probably the best smartring on the market
I bought my ultrahuman ring back in November since i needed something to track how i sleep and when i get stressed. I'm going to put below the pros and cons of the ring after using it for 6 months:Pro's-Build quality and styling is very good. I work both in the office and in the field and the ring has been in water, snow, mud, dirt, and its been dinged a few times and it still works really well.-Sizing is fairly simple, just need to make sure the size works for the finger you plan on using it on. It's not too bulky and you can comfortably wear it with gloves without issue. When i ride my motorcycle and i wear my Alpinestar gauntlets, i don't even feel the ring so that's a big plus.-Workout function is decent, it's no apple watch but it does a good for for a simple ring. I just wish it had more types of workouts listed or it would let you plan workouts so it auto-tracks which workout you're doing within a time frame.-It doesn't get hot when you wear it nor does it tug at any hairs or get caught on anything.-App is really sleek and easy to use.Cons:-Battery life and charge time are completely wrong. Advertised is 6 days and 180min charge time. Real use is more like 2.5-3 days and charge time is about 60 minutes.-The ring gets absurdly hot while its charging. You have to give it about 5 min to cool down before using.-App sends you too many notifications and its a constant annoyance. You also cannot tailor which notifications to get, its either all or nothing.

UltraHuman: The Clear Winner in Smart Rings.
I spent months debating which smart ring to invest in. It was a decision I didn’t take lightly, and although I kept being drawn toward UltraHuman, I occasionally felt pulled in the direction of a certain competitor (rhymes with POURA). Ultimately, I’m so glad I went with UltraHuman—it truly exceeded my expectations on every level.Price was never my deciding factor, but I have to say it’s refreshing that UltraHuman offers a more affordable option without compromising on features. There’s no subscription required, and the cost doesn’t increase if you choose the gold or silver version, unlike some other brands where those options come with a hefty markup and no added benefits.UltraHuman’s commitment to customer service is outstanding, and their weight loss insurance was a game-changer for me. I hesitated for so long, wondering, “What if my finger size changes and I’ve wasted my money?” With UltraHuman, that worry disappears—they’ll exchange your ring for a different size whenever you need it.Another standout feature is the Find My Ring function. I’ve already lost my ring once (found it in the trash can—don’t ask!), and knowing I could locate it saved me from a lot of stress. It’s small conveniences like this that make the UltraHuman ring superior. As for the data—this is where UltraHuman truly shines. The information is far more detailed and actionable compared to other rings. I won’t lie, the interface seemed a bit intimidating at first, but I quickly realized it’s because the data is so much richer and genuinely useful. The circadian rhythm notifications and gentle reminders like “Let your adenosine clear before your coffee” keep me accountable without needing to think about it. I love that UltraHuman communicates with me instead of waiting for me to interact with it. The competitor seems to forget about it and it’s like… hello? You’re supposed to be my coach! Get it together. One thing I absolutely love is how sleek and lightweight the UltraHuman ring is—it’s so comfortable to wear that I sometimes forget I even have it on. The little bump on the inside is a thoughtful touch; it helps me quickly check if it’s on the right way without having to look. This kind of attention to detail is what sets UltraHuman apart. The smart alarm has also been a game-changer, helping me wake up at the optimal time without feeling groggy. I’m eagerly anticipating the glucose feature, but even without it, the ring’s current features are already leagues ahead of what I’d expected.I initially planned to test both rings for two weeks, but within three days, I knew UltraHuman was the clear winner. The data accuracy is impeccable—I even compared it to my Apple Watch, and it was spot on. This ring has made health tracking effortless and truly worthwhile, and I can’t stop recommending it to everyone I know.Lastly, UltraHuman is covered by FSA, and shipping was incredibly fast. For anyone on the fence, take it from someone who spent months researching—and is a data nerd for a living —this is the ring to get. UltraHuman is the clear winner, hands down! Ew
