Quality & Comfortable
The quality is better than I expected. Thick and padded well for the palm. Fits great!

Very nice
Does what it says. It gives a nice cushion just for the places where I have calus. It doesn’t slip. I also gives very good friction which makes it easier to lift the weight. Doesnt make hands too warm. I wear medical gloves M size. I also bought M size. It fits perfectly.

Simple and Effective
I primarily use them for cable machines and free weights, and they hold up well. My hands measure about 3.25inches across the palm or a little under 8inches in circumference, and the Small size fits well. My hands breath easier and get less sweaty from full fingerless gloves. I feel the pads take a lot of the edge off of my palms, and I also have a better grip in general. Lifechanging? Not at all, but these gloves are small little upgrade to make the workout routine a little better.

they have a good grip and don’t slide around when using them. they also protect my rings from damage/pinching my skin as well
