This was working great until today. 2 months later. It still works but is not charging. Too late to have it replaced. I guess when the battery runs out it's going in the trash.Okay so update, I called the company and they told me to use the original charger which I did and hey IT WORKS!! So I'm happy and changing my review to 5 stars

The design is compact and goes well with any room. In addition, the aroma is spread evenly without being invasive. I definitely recommend it.

It is very difficult to set up. All of the setting had to be done online and via Bluetooth. I attempted several times to pair it with my device but was not able .

I love these!

I got this diffuser in September it was working fine no issues very easy to control via app. Fast forward to the last 2 weeks. It just stopped working. It is refilled with the same oil I’ve been using since the beginning , settings are the same, it’s plugged to the same place it’s been plugged into for months. I’ve turned it on and off via app, disconnected and connected nothing seems to make it work. Now I’m stuck with a big bottle of expensive oil and no diffuser. Not worth it for the money.

WHISPER Quiet!!! Easy to adjust settings and plenty of them. The App is easy to use and makes it REALLY convenient to use. I actually like this unit very much.The 4 stars instead of 5 is for a couple things. First, I purchased the unit without oil. According to the description:"Scent is Multiple] 'Amalfi / Inspired by One & Only Royal Dubai Hotel®', 'Majestic / Inspired by La Réserve Paris Hotel®', etc.[Multiple] 'Amalfi / Inspired by One & Only Royal Dubai Hotel®', 'Majestic / Inspired by La Réserve Paris Hotel®', etc."So I expected those 2 oils/scents to be included. I assumed they would be small sample sizes, but I still expected them to be in the box. The description at the top and bottom of the page have the same information. There were NO oils in the box.The second thing is that I would like the option to use a smaller bottle. I am guessing that the bottle for the oils is about 8 oz. I would have been okay buying a smaller bottle, but none are available and there is no adapter that I can use a regular 30 ml bottle with. That said, I do like this very much.One suggestion for the next App update, provide a way to turn the unit on temporarily without scheduling. In other words, a quick ON/OFF switch in the App would be great.

It does the job for a lot less than the more popular scent sellers. The system and the refills are a great value and the scent covers a large area. LOVE walking in my front door and being greeted with a refreshing aroma!! Buy it.
