Really easy to use and works over bluetooth
I have a set up with a Horizon Pro 4K projector from XGIMI, and I didn’t see much feedback on projector configurations over bluetooth so here we go.At first I was hesitant about a bluetooth soundbar after reading reviews about sound delay (I’m not ready to wire the room yet). The projector’s throw distance to the wall is about 20ft, and I installed the bar with brackets just under the bottom edge of the image.Bottom line is the Bose 900 works great. It connects automatically every time and there is virtually no noticeable delay. Sound is rich and bass is strong. The setup has to be done through the Bose app, which allows you to configure the surround effect. Note you cannot get Dolby Atmos through bluetooth, but I’m not an audiophile and this is fine for now for me and my family.Lastly I picked up a refurbished one through Amazon for half price and I can say it looks and works as new.

Pretty nice
I bought this to replace my receiver, speakers, and a TON of wiring. Turned out to be a great purchase, but the device could use some improvement. The sound is good but lacks bottom end. The app is nice but a bit confusing. The device will go to sleep after just a few minutes of inactivity, which requires me to open the app and power it back on. It gets easily confused if you have more than one input and requires use of the app to manually set the input. And… the advertisement of Bluetooth is damn-near a bald faced lie. Yes, it technically has BT, but it only works with Bose devices, nothing else. Do not buy this thinking you can/will connect your BT headphones to it, unless you own Bose headphones. As a workaround, I connect my headphones to my Amazon FireTV, because it has BT that actually works.

Not Worth the Money!
I had great expectations as I have always loved the Bose sound. Got my first Bose speakers 35 years ago and have Bose and Harman kardonsystems in my cars. Because of this it didn't occur to me to look up the best 10 soundbars in the latest tech magazine before purchasing. No Bose system ranked in the top 10.I didn't get this for sound quality alone (which is very good) as much as I did for the surround sound effect that I expected by the Dolby atlas and Bose Geospatial programming. On this the 900 falls short. The speakers are great but so are some others ranked in the top 10 for half the price.I hate the look of multiple speakers throughout my living room so was hoping for the multidimensional sound from a single bar. All the sound comes straight at me with no left to right or high to low variance. If I was just looking for great sound I would have stuck with my 5 year old Sony soundbar. If you are looking for good sound or are willing to pair with the accessory speakers this would work. For a stand alone dolby atlas soundbar there are 5 rated higher that are less expensive! Only the Sonos Arc was highly rated as a single bar for multidimensional sound. It is $150 more then the Bose 900 and for those that dont want to or can't go there, there is nothing wrong with this bar. It IS a Bose. But fot me...? I will be returning this for the Sonos. If that disappoints, I'll be rehooking up my Sony.

amazing sound .. but...
first time bose customer - long time home entertainment system user. setup was easy and straight forward - however - if you think you can connect everything with bluetooth and expect to work flawlessly you have another thing comingfirst - my tv is a sony brava 85 inch led smart tv- google tvsecond - i have this paired up with a bass module and surround speakersnow when i pair this up with bluetooth to the tv - the audio comes in and out constantly - i ultimtaely found out its some kind of issue with the the way the remote works with bluetooth which conflicts a lot of the soundi originally bought this unit and the other components because its bose and i could do it all wirelessly - in the end - now i have to have two remotes - and i had to connect the soundbar via optical to stop the bluetooth audio blanking out every so many minutesbose should have done a better job with integrations into current tv manufacturers to make sure this doesnt happenwhen i bluetooth to the bar via phone or laptop it also has the issue of audio cutting outeven worse - the audio is delayed bigly as they say -if you wind up getting this bar - heed my advise - connect via optical or maybe hdmi if that works for you - otherwise - expect audio cutting in and out no matter what you do

A little difficult to set up
Had to do research to get it working after hookup. So far, not impressed with the sound quality. It's good but not sure if worth the high price. Have not tried a source with Dolby atmos yet though.

Best sound bar straight out of the box. eARC recommended
OK, so I love this sound bar. I have a year old LG 80” with a ARC HDMI input. I’ve had my issues, mostly attributed to having ARC and not eARC. (Research please). The best metaphor for ARC (Audio Return Channel) is; think of one lane a highway and the other lane is a bicycle path. eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) is like two highways, sending data at the same speed. So, the biggest problem I’ve had with this is the time it takes for the ARC to recognize the device and begin sending sound. It supports Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital 5.1, all sounds incredible, on it’s own. If you’re going to make this investment I would consider the Bose surround 700, & Bose bass module 700. (After you pay off the bar!) Great product, I strictly ONLY purchase Bose products for my audio needs. Finally, the build quality (as with all Bose products) is exceptional. Be careful setting up, quite heavy with a sturdy metal grill.
