clover Flower Head Pins (Box), Alloy Steel, Multicoloured, 1

I was given a recommendation by a lady in John Lewis as I have trouble with my hands when sewing and I needed longer pins to do hemming etc. she told me she gets them from Amazon so I ordered them and am delighted with them and will be a big help for me.

Very disappointed with these pins from Clover - they are not a patch on the red/orange flower head pins that come in packs of 20 (and funnily enough are much dearer!) - although they are relatively sharp they are too thick, don't slide in well enough, and the heads are not as well attached. Definitely no good for patchwork - might be ok for thicker fabrics but I wouldn't use them on cotton and will stick to the others in future, Should have known that 100 for this price would not be as good as the dearer ones, but still I expected better from Clover.

I adore these pins. I've been using these for 15 years and they're brilliant. They're very slim with long tapered points, and sharp enough that they don't snag even very fine fabrics. Because they're that much longer, they can pin much thicker layers than standard glass headed pins.

Excellevt pins use these fir all my quilting projects, these last much longer then a cheaper version I used to buy

So pleased I paid a bit more and went for these. Brilliant strong pins and feel confident of their quality. Arrived quickly too.

So far they seem much more hard wearing then the cheaper ones.

ok but after a few time of being used some of the heads broke off, will not purchase again.
