Love it!
This butter dish is excellent. You add the water (line is a little hard to see on mine but you get the idea), add the butter to the other side and presto...soft usable butter. It stays fresh with no discoloration for weeks. It's easy to clean and the cost was good. The shape of the lid is easy to hold and it works as a base as well.

Gets mold immediately.
No better than an open butter dish. I had another butter bell that broke, but it worked great. Never had any mold issues. This one gets moldy immediately, even with extra water added above the line. I would never recommend this product to anyone.An update on this review. Seller contacted me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Very pleased with their customer service.
