Perfect for starting your new at home workout routine
This set of bands is super easy to use. It's a snap to set up, change exercises or increase resistance levels, and when I'm done they pack away into a case small enough that I've started taking them with me when I travel. There very well made and feel like they'll last. I've already started to see improvements in my arms and chest and feel stronger and more confident that I have in years.Bottom line this is a great product and a really great value.

These bands are great. I have a bad elbow due to Rheumatoid arthritis and cannot lift dumbbells. So thankful for these to keep in shape and my 14 year old daughter is even using them! Will continue to use for great results before summer!!

I feel so much more energized
This product is truly amazing. Within a week and a half I begin to feel more energized and in a better mood. I have always had problems with my metabolism and was beginning to give up on supplements until finding this! Definitely recommend to anyone struggling with metabolism issues or low energy levels!!!

Some Good and Bad
Some good and bad. I’ve been able to use the bands to do light workouts, and they’ve been holding up, but they do definitely feel like you’re about to snap them any moment. Overall though, I’ve had a great experience with this company and they’re one of the few that keep their word and keep in contact if any issues. 5 Stars.

I’m a fan!
I’ve tried different NMN brands before and decided to take a chance on this one. Definitely can feel the benefits are comparable to the more expensive brands and this one even has resveratrol added. This is a high quality product. Would purchase again in the future.
