Q: Are the ml shown on each cups and spoons ?

Yes, the ml is very clear to read, shown on the handle of each cups and spoons, 1 cup(250ml), 1/2 cup(125ml), 1/3 cup(85ml), 1/4 cup(60ml), 2/3 cup(167ml), 3/4 cup(188ml), 1/8 tsp(0.66ml), 1/4 tsp(1.25ml), 1/2 tsp(2.5ml), 1 tsp(5ml),1 tbsp(15ml) and 1/2 tbsp(7.4ml).

Q: For 3 large measuring cups, does it have measurement markings?

Yes, the measurements are marked. They are painted in white on the top of the handles but the paint wears off after washing them a few times. The measurements are also imprinted on the backs of the handles but they are very difficult to read. (Also, the cups are oval shaped and I've discovered that the round cups are much easier to use.) I'm not really a fan of these measuring cups for these reasons.

Q: Are the portion tag durable???

HI! I was actually going to review them regarding that very topic. NO- the tags have rubbed off after just a couple uses. I hand washed them, too. The material is slick - I wrote on them with sharpie and it has also rubbed off.
