Excellent Pocketknife
Great EDC pocket knife. Very good steel. Smooth opening, and a light weight, thin profile. Perfect for the pocket. I own several, and this is definitely my #1 now.

Amazing edge retention and action!
I love this knife so much I ended up buying two of them! The action is perfect. It glides open quickly and drops shut. The able lock seems to be better made than the competitions version. Best of all it holds an edge longer than any other knife I own. It glides through corrugated cardboard like butter!

I bought this to get G10 scales for my Deka with a Magnacut blade. Was glad to get the gen 2 Deka, and not the gen 1 that is pictured.

Better than the Bugout
If you are trying to make a decision between this knife and the Benchmade Bugout, do not hesitate to get this one. In my opinion, it is better in every aspect:- Price can be the same or slightly higher than the Bugout (depending on current offers).- Much better Steel (CPM 20CV).- Textured G10 handles instead of just nylon (flexible?) plastic.- Slightly thicker, which makes it more solid in the hand, but not so much so to feel it in your pants (slim profile).- More aggressive blade shape (although this is subjective).- Axis lock (Hogue calls it ABLE lock) feels smoother.They are both made in the USA, and are excellent knives. But Hogue really came up front with this one. Excellent knife.
