Its quite good and soft on the edges, easy to fold and put together. Just thought I will comment for people who are scared of bruises, it is absolutely normal with all hoops, it is recommended to get a special belt that you can wear while hooping or wear tight clothes ❤️

This product looks great and was easy to assemble.Used it for approx 5 minutes and thought “Wow, this feels painful, surely it shouldn’t hurt like this?!?”The hard, foam lumps on the inside were incredibly uncomfortable as they hit against my ribs, hips and stomach.Woke up the next morning to this! (See photo)Will not be using it again for fear of causing permanent damage.

This is a great item but please be aware that u will bruise on ur hips the first couple of times using it but after a while it doesn't hurt, no pain no gain, this really does tone ur stomach muscles

although the quality isn't amazing as its very flimsy and it does its job. it came in great timing and has lasted quite a few beatings so far bashing in to the walls. its well cushioned so no bruises when its done correctly. the bumps on the hoola hoop give it an added bonus.

I couldn't hula hoop until I used this. The weight of it really helps to keep it up.I used it in a space that was 3m by 3m without issue.It can hurt your stomach a bit when in use because of the weight and inside textrre, but it's not too bad.I managed to damage mine by leaving it against a radiator (slight tear) still OK to use, but disappointing on the quality side.

I’m trying to lose some weight and thought that hula hooping would be a good exercise to do at home. This hula hoop is weighted (but not too heavy) and has spongy ridges on the inside. After 2 minutes I was in so much pain that I couldn’t physically do any more! The ridges are padded, but they still beat you up with every spin! You definitely need to start slow, maybe 10 spins at a time until your stomach muscles get used to it.

Only used this for a werk the jounts are weak and the foam is coming off would not recommend to anybody. Bought 3 of these one for myself and the other 2 for a friend amd family member disappointed in this product.

Received the following day, really easy to put together and the weight feels good (1kg) just got to learn how to hula!

Es muy grande asi que si teneis piso pequeño no os cabra o tirareis todo. Pesa i hce daño. Me ha costado varias semanas poder usarlo bien porque me hacia mucho daño el hierro que golpea..no es un masaje como dicen. Hace daño pero espero que sirva

Insgesamt ist der Artikel so, wie ich ihn mir vorgestellt habe (auch wenn bei einer Körpergröße unter 1,60 ein Reifen mit 1m Umfang für meinen Geschmack doch etwas großzügig ist).Der Schaumstoffpolsterung ist angenehm weich und auch die Massage-"Knubbel" empfinde ich als sehr angenehm. Auch das Gewicht ist für Anfänger absolut in Ordnung. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass nach einer Weile ein Reifen mit mehr Gewicht mehr Spaß macht.Bei einem so relativ geringen Preis kann man natürlich keine Top-Qualität erwarten: Die Polsterung hat schon beim ersten Benutzen einige Macken erhalten. Daher empfehle ich vor dem Kauf zu schauen wo man genügend Platz hat, mit recht weichem Untergrund (Teppich, 2-3 Yogamatten nebeneinander, weiche Wiese).

Due stelle perché è soltanto pratico da montare ed è stata veloce la spedizione; Altrimenti sarebbe 0: usato 10 minuti con pantaloncino alto in vita tecnico, basta guardare le mie foto, quelle curvature interne sono troppo poco imbottite per consentire ad una persona di fare esercizio senza che gli vengano i lividi! Adesso dovrò aspettare più di una settimana per ricominciare ad allenarmi (Con un altro hula hoop ovviamente)

Fácil de montar, un poco complicado de desmontar hasta que le pillas el tranquillo. Lo monte con una sección menos, era enorme para mí.Dice que hace un masaje. Lo hemos comprado para la recuperación tras la cesárea, duele un poco las estrías que lleva dentro ( acostumbrada a los de plástico entero), espero que después de un tiempo no se note.

War erst skeptisch ob das halten kann bei so vielen Stücken bin aber sehr positiv überrascht worden er ist flexibel aber trotzdem stabil benutze ihn wirklich geene. Nur das auseinander bauen finde ich etwas anstrengend villt stell ich mich aber auch nur dumm an xD
