The ruffled is on a felt strip, and is stitched on.

Q: Is it possible to iron the creases in order to smooth them out?

yes, you can use the hair dryer or iron to smooth it.

Q: Do you have matching wrist cuffs in silver to match the silver collar

I purchased the black collar, but I didn’t purchase the cuffs. For the outfitting and costuming I am doing, that would be a few accessories too many. That said, if it’s right for your costume or outfit, go for it. The quality of the product is high. It’s just a matter of what feels right to you.

Q: How wide is it. Not the length ?

It’s in storage but I think it’s around 1.5” to 2” folds. It sticks 3.5 from the neck.
